Posters at the Home Theater Forum[1] and The Jericho Forum[2] have posted a map of the power grid of the continental United States. The poster at the first site correlated the map of the bombed cities I posted on October 22 with the concentration of power sources as demonstrated on the map from the latter site.
I made an overlap of the two maps which shows a surprisingly dead-on correlation between power sources and the bombing targets:
